Key projects to revolutionize healthcare in the Kingdom

State-of-the-art medical cities, hospitals and healthcare centers are being developed in all parts of the KSA, in accordance to the Health Transformation Program - Vision 2030.

Jeddah Security Forces Medical City

With an enormous capacity of 1,864-beds, this $3.4bn city will include 3 hospitals (Main Hospital, Women & Children’s Hospital & Psychiatric Hospital)  as well as residential facility with mosque and car parking area. The total covering area of the medical city is about of 2.5 million square meters.

King Faisal Medical City in Abha

Serving Saudi Arabia's Southern Region (Aseer, Jazan, Najran and Albaha) this $1.3bn city will have the capacity of 1350 beds. The project is implemented under public private partnership PPP model on the basis of design, build, finance, operate (not including clinical operations), maintain and transfer.

Mediclinic Medical City Jeddah

Jeddah Medical City master plan covers an area of 120,000 square meters with an estimated budget of $1.1bn. The development includes number of hospitals with an estimated total capacity of 1,400 beds. Stage 1 will include a private hospital with 200 beds on an area of 17,000 m2.
